The Tres Laurels Development will be a mixed use community by Mosaic Development and designed, permitted, and master planned by Cude Engineers. The development will provide additional single family homes, commercial development, and the possibility of some multifamily residences and a school. Montgomery Road, a Bexar County project which is partially funded by Mosaic, will provide access to the development.
Cude Engineers is delighted to have been able to utilize our comprehensive services to provide Mosaic with full design services on both of these projects, ensuring smooth design and production of the exciting development. Montgomery Road consists of seven phases of construction, the first two phases are under construction, and the third is about to begin with additional phases planned for future development. Of note, Tres Laurels also has an oversized 16” water main project with SAWS, and Montgomery Road will serve to connect Highway 90 and Grosenbacher Rd as well as provide important access to the residential development. Additionally, Montgomery Road’s design includes a proposed bridge crossing. Cude’s specialty is creating functional and permittable designs for our clients, and Tres Laurels/Montgomery Road is a prime example of this, shown by the combined design of the residential and commercial lots within the development as well as the cooperation between Cude Engineers, Mosaic, and Bexar County. |
